Kazuto was called by Egil to his shop because of the eye-catching captured image on VRMMORPG - Alfheim Online [[ALO]]. The woman on that picture is look like Asuna. Believe that Sugou Nobuyuki - Lect Company developer - was the developer of the [[ALO]] , Kazuto think that Asuna was being captive inside that game.
After that, Kazuto signed in as "Kirito" in this new game. But, that new avatar had take over the datas from [[SAO]].

After a desperate struggle with Heathcliff, Kirito, was returned to the real world. All who survive on that death game were returned at the same time. But, 300 players, including Asuna not regain consciousness, and continued sleeping. After two months, Kazuto -Kirito in real World- went to the hospital to see Yuuki Asuna and he encounter with Nobuyuki Sugo and Asuna father, Shozo and his men came to visit Asuna tomorrow as well. And Kazuto heard that Sugou will married Asuna, while she on coma within during one week.
